hello im a current ssw worker in japan. I'm planning to go home and claim my lumpsum money for 5 years. Can claim my lumpsum money if i sign another new contract to company before going home.?

You can claim your lumpsump IF you do the proper 'leaving' procedure. As in giveup/forfeit your SSW resident status, file out moving out of Japan procedure(residency,tax,insurance etc.) at cityhall, cancel/pokehole(do not surrender as you might need it for lumpsump) on your zairyu card at airport.
AND also you can only start claiming/applying your lumpsump AFTER you left Japan.
i sign another new contract to company before going home Do note that in order to claim lumpsump, you'll be needing a new work COE/visa since you forfeit/giveup your previous SoR. So you'll have to start from zero.
