Easiest way to walk Hell Valley

Hi All,
I want to take my mom to Jigokudani (Hell Valley) in Noboribetsu this autumn. However, my mom can't walk much so could anyone please help to show me the easiest way to go around the area? Like combine with bus, taxi? Is it easy to catch a taxi there?
I only want to see the main sight, Oyunuma pond and Oyunuma river bath.
I have planned as below. Please advise if it's feasible. For the bus, can I pay when I board?
08:30-10:12 Train/Bus from Sapporo to Tsutsujibashi 10:15 Taxi from Tsutsujibashi - 1.9km 10:30 Walk to River Oyunuma Footbath, Oyunuma pond 12:40-12:57 Bus from Oyunuma to Hell Valley 13:00 Jigokudani, Hell Valley 15:30 Taxi to Tsutsujibashi - 1.5km 16:10-18:30 Train/Bus from Tsutsujibashi to Sapporo
Many thanks.

I can only comment on Jigokudani since I have never been to Oyunuma pond.
If you get off at JR Noboribetsu, there're buses and taxi readily available to take you to Jigokudani. I recommend a taxi since you still have to walk a few blocks if you took a bus.
From the entrance of Jigokudani and traversing inside of the valley, there's some walking to go to different areas, so if your mom can't walk at all, then it's going to be a problem. Not sure if the valley is wheelchair accessible, but I have seen baby strollers there.

There is a parking lot right by Oyunuma, so you can take a taxi right up to the lake if your mother cannot walk.
