Hotel for marriage proposal

I am planning to propose in Hokkaido and would greatly appreciate your recommendations for a luxury hotel. I am looking for a clean and modern establishment, and I tend to avoid places with a more traditional or older style. While I have a preference for the Sapporo or Jozankei areas, I am open to other suggestions if there are better options available.
