Hakone Fuji pass and mt Fuji pass

What is the difference between these 2 passes pls. I know the mt Fuji pass alllows you to go on boat cruises around the 5 lakes and the ropeway cable car. Does the Hakone Fuji pass give me the same benefit.
Hakone Fuji pass is only 10100 yen for 3 days but the mt Fuji pass cost 12400 yen for 3 days which is more expensive. Hope someone can clarify for me.
I am in Hakone for 3 days so will buy the Hakone pass, then I will be going to lake kawaguichiko for the next 3 days.
Wonder if I should buy the Hakone Fuji pass.
Hope to get some advise.
