Rental bikes in Nagoya, like hello cycle

I’m planning to stay in Nagoya for two days. I have been making a list of museums and shrines I’ll like to visit.
Originally I was going to catch a bus, but when I look at google map, there was rental bicycle like cariteco and hello cycle everywhere. Nagoya station doesnt have rental bicycle shop close by.
As a foreigner, if I download their app, can I rent the bicycles?
Would you have experience with using cariteco or hello cycle?

Hello cycle offers a (partially) English app, and it seems that overseas phone numbers can be used; so I suggest you give it a try.

Cariteco, on the other hand, does not seem to be useable for overseas tourists and those without Japanes ereading skills.
