Need help! We are a planning to go to Hokkaido for late Spring Skiing last week of March and covering cherry blossoms in Kyoto 1st week April.
Does anyone know what snow conditions are like late March? Is it slushy?
Where's the best place to go for skiing at that time for a family with kids - 9 y/o?
Is Tomamu still ok for snow conditions last week of March?
