Hi,
I am planning to drive from Hakodate to Sapporo on 25th April 2016.
I intend to stay overnight at Rusutsu . Is it advisable to do so ?
I am not a skier but would enjoy seeing the snow field.Will there be restaurants still opened at this time of the year.
