Will arrive in Osaka April 4th and continue to Kyoto for five nights. Would like to visit the cherry blossoms in Yoshino. I have no car. Are there any guided day tours out of Kyoto?

At present, the expected full-moon date for Nakasenbon (the best place to see Sakura in Yoshino) is 6th April. https://www.town.yoshino.nara.jp/kanko-event/kanouki/kaika/I guess you may better go as early as possible, that is 5th April in your case. The Kintetsu expresses (you must transfer at least once at Kashiwarajingu) for 5th April has some vacant seats at present. If you want to secure your seat, you can buy reserved seats from here. https://www.ticket.kintetsu.co.jp/vs/en/T/TZZ/TZZ10.do?op=tDisplayVisi...After arriving at Yoshino, you can take bus, but it might be hard to get on because of the crowds. You can just walk to Yoshimizu Jinja which is the view spot for Nakasenbon, 2.6 km 41 min according to the Googlemap. You may take cable car (450 yen one way) which goes up 103 m, but if it is crowded you may better just walk. By the way we went there on 9th April 2023. At that time we can see no blossoms at Nakasenbon.
