Transport Bike in Carrier fr Takamatsu Airpt

The Man has decided to Cycle around Shikoku, very last minute, tomorrow in fact and is flying out of Hong Kong with his fancy Willier in a Eroc Road Bike Carrier. Accommodation has been organised and will land at Takamatsu Airport. He is now very unsure of how to get himself and the bike in its carrier to the Hotel as there is no Uber, He is worried as the bike carrier is large. Advice desparately needed! Please help.
