Is Tsukiji market and SushiDai closed on Wed?

I’m wondering Is Tsukiji fish market and Sushi dai(at Toyosu fish market) closed on every Wednesday ?
I’ll stay at KoKo hotel tsukiji ginza on Wed 19 and looking for sushi breakfast nearly.

Just to make sure that it will close or not
just not to waste time going there for nothing.

Sushi Dai can’t open if the market itself is closed.

Toyosu is closed on Sundays, public hols and most (not all) Wednesday.
