Anpanman train, seat table question

I bought home a brochure about the Anpanman train when last visiting Japan and my kids at home spotted some kind of "mini-driver seat" that is located on the foldable seat table for each seat in this themed train, called "ミニ運転席" in some blogs.

They asked me if I could buy that seat, which is of course not that easy. However, I was thinking if they somehow sell a copy of the sticker that is attached to the seat and seat table, or to print it myself somehow, or if that would deem impossible due to the copyright laws in Japan.

If however there might be a chance, how would you properly ask such a question and to where? JR Shikoku?

i dont think there will be a breach of copyright if a few of アンパンマンシート customised seats
are to be home use and not being sold for commercial profits
