Universities offering evening classes

I am planning to do my masters from Japan from the University of Tokyo and I already have 1.5 years of experience in my field. So I want to know if university of Tokyo or Kyoto has masters classes of economics in evening so I can pursue a job in the morning and attend classes in the evening?
