i plan a visit to the naruto whirlpools from osaka.
do i need to book anything in advance (busses, boat)?
and how to get there?

From Herbis osaka ,you will go Tokushima ekimae by nankai bus.Then board tokushima shi bus for naruto koenguchi bus stop
