Lack of parking space at Zao ropeway

I noticed that there is lacking space at Zao Ropeway Sanroku Station by 9am, by looking at the webcam below.

I'm planning to go to the Zao Ropeway Sanroku Station in the morning. Is there any other public parking spots available near the Sanroku station?
