Mifuneyama Rakuen Park Visit

My wife and I are travelling from Singapore to Kyushu for 2 weeks. We plan to spend 1 night in Takeo-Onsen on 27 Nov and visit the Mifuneyama Rakuen Park. I have the following questions:-
1. Is it a good time to see the Autumn colours?
2. Will there be night light illumination on that day?
3. Is there a different ticket price for day entry and night light illumination, or just pay one price for whole day and night?
4. Is there free transportation in the night to and from Takeo Onsen JR Station?

It's not announced yet but it will be in autumn color season. Tickets are sold per entry. If you're Mifuneyama Rakuen Hotel guests, admission is free. Taxi is the only transportation from Takeo Onsen station. People drive there. I don't think it's too long to ride a taxi.
