Just google "How to become a pharmacist in Japan".

you must complete a six-year pharmacy program at a university and pass the national pharmacist exam

However, most important and difficult step is to pass the National Examination for Pharmacists.

Of course it is done in Japanese language. You can find the past examination questions from the link above.

When youf ve completed a course outside Japan, you can sit for the national exam provided the Ministry of health Welfare and Labor acknowledges your course as equivalent to that in Japan, and that you have Japanese language proficiency as well.

Working in a pharmacy requires a perfect understanding of the language. Medicines are a matter of life and death, and if you misread the doctor's prescription, the patient could die. You can't take things like that lightly.
