Bus Time Table to Ikaho Stone Steps

Hi
1. Where can I find bus time table for the above? read that drop off bus at Ikaho Onsen stop then walk downhill better.

2. Shibukawa station tourist information center - can we put our luggage there? as our luggage is bigger than the size of the locker at the station.

We have about 3 hr in morning 26/10 before head to Kusatsu Onsen, found this place look interesting. Hope the bus time table time fit well our schedule.
