Working Holiday Visa, Epilepsy

I am applying for the Working Holiday Visa for Japan. I have mild epilepsy that is fully controlled with medication, it has been over 5 years since I have had any kind of seizure. I have checked and the medication I am on is approved and available in Japan.
The requirements state I have to be in good health, I have gone to my doctor to take a blood test and a physical. My doctor has written me a note stating I have no communicable diseases, my blood work is normal and that I have a history of epilepsy but that it does not affect any of my regular activities.
Would this be a critical issue that can get my visa denied? I would like to know if anyone has gotten their visa while on medication or while having any kind of condition.
I like to be honest, but would it be better to ask my doctor to write a new note stating just that I am in good health to stay and travel to Japan without being specific to my medical condition?
Thank you for any answers.
