Shizuoka Matsuri 2024 dates?

I'm hoping someone can advise what dates the Shizuoka Matsuri festival will be held this year.
The information I've found so far suggests it's the first weekend in April each year. However the official event page says dates have not been confirmed yet. Is it safe to assume it will be on Saturday 6 April this year?
I am trying to make some travel bookings at the moment, based on this. Can anyone provide any further information please?
