Pick up points for JR west all area pass

Hi all, hope someone can help me. Next year march we are travelling from Liyama to Kyoto. If i understand the region the JR west all area pass should cover the trains rides between Kanazawa to Kyoto, and we are heading to hiroshima so we are gonna bye the pass online 30 days before. (live in the Netherlands)

In kanazawa we have four minutes to transfer from the train from Liyama to the train heading to Tsuruga so it's gonna be a close call. (after that we should wait for an hour to get the next train to Tsurugu)

Is there a possibility to get the JR west all area pass and our trainticket at another point to save time?
I was searching for pickup points but they say the big stations in the JR west area, but when i search for them i only get three? Is it possible to pick it up at Narita Airport?

You can exchange a voucher for a JR West pass at a JR West office. Such as they show here:

Getting a voucher changed to the pass and then catching a bullet train after that in 4 minutes is all but impossible. There could be a long line, in fact. You can see Kanazawa Stn, (the outside has a unique structure seen nowhere else), get a bite to eat, look at some gold leaf items which Kanazawa is famous for, etc.
Unfortunately, JR West has no office at Narita, and JR East doesn't handle them.

As mentioned you can receive your pass only at major JR west stations and you must wait about 1 hour at Kanazawa station.

By the way you can also get off the Shinkansen train from Iiyama (note that it is not Liyama) at Toyama and receive your pass there. You can save about 1100 yen if you exchange at Toyama. If you like Sushi there are some nice places to eat in Toyama station.
