From Asakusa to Nikko - with Nikko Pass 2024/10/3 02:02
Hello,
I'm planning a trip from Tokyp to Nikko with Nikko All Area Pass.
According to the description - it covers
- round-trip transfer between Asakusa and Shimo-imaichi Station
- Tobu Railway lines between Shimo-Imaichi, Tobu-Nikko and Shin-Fujiwara stations
- except Limited Express

So, my question is: how to get from Asakusa to Shimo-imaichi Station not using Tobu Limited Express ?

I am asking that as almost all routes that I found out in aggregators include the Tobu Ltd.Exp. trains, and the only one that doesn't have this Tobu Ltd.Exp. - doesn't have a stop in Shimo-imaichi Station.

By using trains that are not limited express trains, such as express, rapid and local trains. Such connections usually involve at least one transfer along the way. Most route search website should list them below the limited express connections. Alternatively, you could ride a limited express train and pay the limited express fee separately.

Note that there is no need to get off at Shimo-Imaichi Station.
