Need your advise if I travel to Hiroshima on 29/10 - 3/11/2024, will I able to see autumn leaves with autumn colours.

That's too early for Tokyo as well.

Around Tokyo, maybe Nikko or Karuizawa will be around their peak.
Otherwise, Takayama and the Alps in general.
