Collection of wifi router at KIX

Which would be the more sensible collection point for our Wifi router at KIX
A> JAL counter in arrivals hall, or
B> n.e.s.t. counter at Nankai area of train station?

We will need to exchange our Haruka One way tickets at the JR counter

Would it be sensible to do everything at the train station: there will be 4 of us, so could maybe have someone line up in each queue?

Both counters will be open by the time we clear customs and immigration

Theoretically, you can only exchange the ticket for yourself, and not on the behalf of someone else. So you will all need to be present at the counter.

I'd probably collect it at the arrival hall as you plan to take Haruka not Nankai.

for those who may be following: the JAL counter in the arrivals hall at KIX is closing 30th September, so only option now is the n.e.s.t. at the Hankai in the station.
