Tamagawa Onsen buses

Could anyone please clarify if buses from Tazawako station to Shin Tamagawa and Tamagawaonsen are running in the month of November?

Yes, buses run as far as Tamagawa Onsen until the end of November. During winter (from December to mid April) they run only as far as Shin-Tamagawa Onsen.

I am planning to take a taxi from 後生掛温泉 to visit both Tamagawa and Shin-Tamagawa onsen on the 18 of November. And continue by bus to Tazawako station. I am very concerned about getting stuck in the middle of nowhere. Again many thanks .

Note that the road between Goshogake Onsen and Tamagawa Onsen gets closed in the nights around this time of the year, and - in rare cases - could potentially get closed even during the day due to snow. But it is not until late November that it gets fully closed for the winter.
