moving soon after applying for my number card

I had just recently sent in my number card application at my current address but due to some unforeseen circumstances I have to move. I was told I wouldn't be able to apply for mynumbercard if I was moving within a year but im not sure what to do as I will be forced to move.
Will this be a problem if I submit the notice of moving to city hall and apologize?
For reference I will be moving within the same ku
Wondering if anyone has any experience with this kind of thing or advice to give
