Filipino getting married in Japan?

Me (PH Citizen) and fiance (Japanese Citizen) plan to get married in japan, but we are still unsure about if we can really do it for this reasons:

1. I have multiple visa (30 days) stay in japan, Is this enough to total get married?

2. Can I acquire LCCM even I'm still not residence in Japan? because we are still not sure about the "currently residing in japan". Is either currently in Japan or currently residence in Japan?

I'm planning to stay for a month just be married in Japan then after marriage I'll go back home because of work and we heard, my partner can process my COE after marriage even I'm not in Japan for Visa Processing.

Please call and ask at the Embassy of the Philippines in Tokyo - most of us on this forum would not have direct experiences with the LCCM process, I’d say, and won’t be able to share with you how long this LCCM issuance might take. Best wishes.

事前に日本から婚約者宛へ短期滞在ビザ（知人訪問ビザ等）の必要書類をフィリピンへ郵送しておきます。婚約者が在フィリピン日本国大使館（領事館）へ必要書類を持参して、短期滞在ビザを申請し、ビザを発給してもらいます。
※現在フィリピン在住の場合、必要です。
