Travel in Okinawa during New Year period

Hi,
Understand that many tourist attractions, stores, restaurants, banks and ATMs are closed on one or more days between December 29 and January 4, limiting sightseeing, shopping and dining choices, especially on January 1.
We will be in Okinawa from 31 January 2024 to 5 January 2025. Please advise what are the tourist attractions, stores and restaurants will be opened during this period.
