Taxi Service and Fare

I will need a taxi from either Haneda airport T3 or Keikyū-Kamata station or Keikyū-Kawasaki station to my hotel Kawasaki King Skyfront Rei. After my arrival and clearing immigration, I should be ready for pick after 11:30 p.m. This time misses my free hotel shuttle bus from T1 leaves at 11:10 p.m. i can take train to reduce cost of taxi fare part of the way, but i need to know if there will be taxi service at this late hour from these stations.

According to a website called Taxi Site, it costs about 1400 yen (about 10 minutes) by regular taxi from Terminal 3 of Haneda Airport to Kawasaki King Skyfront Tokyu REI Hotel (including late night fare).

It is possible that the time will be late or the fare will be expensive due to the traffic jam.
