Kurashiki Byobu Festival 2017 - date?

I have seen information about this festival but apart from it happening in mid Oct, i cannot find out [in English] the exact weekend it will happen in Oct 2017...i'd be very pleased if anyone can tell me the answer as i would love to go if the dates fit within my trip. Thank you for any help
