Do the Japanese have a similar expression comparable to, "If Mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy"?

Though the sentiments are fully appreciated when translated, no, we don’t have an equivalent saying/expression in Japanese as far as I know.

There's no particular idiom equivalent to that, but when someone on the Internet asked how to say
母親は家庭の太陽
in English, another someone suggested "If Mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy".
Either way, Mama has lots on her shoulders.
