Kawagoe festival 2023?

Does anyone know which weekend the Kawagoe Festival will be held this year (2023)? Some places say Oct. 14-15 and other places say Oct 21-22.
I’d love to go if it works out to be happening when we are in Tokyo! It sounds amazing!
