Taxis / Transit from Kubokawa Stn. Kochi?

We are taking the Tosa sightseeing train from Kochi to Kubokawa. We wanted to know if we could see other west Kochi attractions like the Kaiyodo Hobby Museum before returning to Kochi. Are taxis readily available that far out?

There is a taxi stand in front of Kubokawa station. However you might have to wait for a while if there is no taxi waiting.

JR Shikoku provides this 2 hour taxi tour, 6900 yen per taxi (max 4 ppl). Unfortunately I can't find English page so please use translation site. This price is much cheaper than the normal taxi rides.

If you go (by train) to Utsuigawa station on weekdays, the museum staff will pick you up at the station, according to their website. It is almost unbelievable for me, but actually their website announces that. Again you must read the Japanese website.
