Kamenoi bus from Yufuin To Beppu?

Hello!
Can I get from Yufuin to Beppu on the kamenoi bus?
If Yes, where can I book the ticket online? Can I carry luggage on the bus?
I think it is called the YUFURIN bus but website says I can only buy the ticket at Beppu, but I'm travelling TO beppu so I need to buy it before the trip there.
