If you are planning to overnight at Iyaonsen, the hotel provides free pick up from the Oboke station.

We are going to explore a day trip at Iya Valley and Oboke Gorge River Cruise.
We are using All Shikoku JR Pass, travel from Takamatsu to Oboke Station. From there, I understand we can take the local bus to Iya Kazurabashi. So I would like to know the bus schedule from Oboke to Iya Kazurabashi.

The bus schedule was posted above. Unlikely that there is an English version. Just look for 大歩危駅 Ooboke and かずら橋 Kazurabashi
