Coin lockers at Chiba Sawara station?

Hi, we would be visiting Sawara/Katori City with luggage. We tried to look up and it seems there are large coin lockers at Sawara station. However, from some pictures seen, it seems there is either none or only 2-3 of them. But, understand there is a Tourist Information Center not far from the station that can help to store luggage. We have two bags and they can only fit into large coin lockers. May we ask if:
1) indeed only 2-3 large lockers at the station?
2) if the lockers are full, is there a size limit for the Center to store luggage?
