Fujinomiya to Shinjuku

I'm trying to get from Fujinomiya to Shinjuku on November 3rd. I know there's a bus ( https://www.shizuokabus.co.jp/foreigner/en/index.html) but they don't sell tickets, and none of the pages they link to sells tickets. There's also https://www.kousokubus.net/JpnBus/en, which doesn't have Fujinomiya and doesn't want EU citizens to use it. Its Japanese version does sell the trip, but... in Japanese (and not yet for November), and registration required, which I'm sure I can't do as a foreigner. What do I do? I guess the last resort is ask a friend in Japan itself but I don't know if they're tied to the name somehow.

There's also https://www.kousokubus.net/JpnBus/en, which doesn't have Fujinomiya and doesn't want EU citizens to use it.I am sure they would like to sell tickets to EU citizens, but I suspect that the - in my opinion over-the-top - EU privacy rules would be causing them too many additional efforts. What do I do?First of all: the said bus line just went out of service on Saturday. I suspect it is due to the lack of drivers. There is no note on when the buses will resume service along this route, but it is possible it won't resume until autumn. As for buying tickets, you could buy them at the bus ticket counter at Fujinomiya Station on the day or at Tokyo Station (bus terminal at the Yaesu South exit). Or you could make a phone call: 0555-73-8181 or 0570-022956

Thank you for the helpful reply! We're travelling in November so we'll see if it runs then, and if not, we'll just take the train.
