Irimizu Shonyudo and Abukuma Cave

Has anyone been to Abukuma Cave Irimizu Shonyudo , is it any good and is it worth making a trip there, i'm making a trip to fukushima aqurium so I might as well try this place.
Rather than the standard walk through, I want to go through the course C if possible, if not it will be course B.
I have just noticed that both Abukuma Cave and Irimizu Shonyudo are two different attraction, can both be explored within 3 hrs.
Please comment if you have visited this place.
