Best Luxury Ryokans in Kinosaki?

My wife and I will be in Kinosaki for 3 nights this October 2024. Thinking of doing the Japanese Experience at the Ryokan MORIZUYA. The video in UTUBE posted by a Lady from
- cakeswithfaces - shows what happens at this Ryokan. It's very impressive and the quantity of food is enormous.

We are considering stay there for 3 nights with meals only on 1 night so we can enjoy food in the local restaurants on the other 2 nights.

If this Ryokan is not available, does anyone know of a similar luxury Ryokan in the centre of the town that offers dinner and breakfast and has a private toilet and a bookable private Onsen.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
