Hi,
I was trying to book tickets for Kanazawa to Shirakawa go and return . I booked 8 o clock bus which will drop us at Shirakawa go at 9.25 . Since we are a group of 6, the return tickets are only available in 11.25 bus . Is 2 hrs enough and also looks we will not be able to include Gokayama.
Apart from the buses available to be booked online, are there any other buses available for us to get back to Kanazawa.

Although it is a matter of preference, I think 2 hours should be enough (unless you want to sit down and have a snack while you are there).

For me, 2 hour is just about enough for the village and the viewpoint

I would say barely enough, if you skip the small open air museum that's there too (the Hida Folk Village in Takayama is much better). By all means, go see the Shirakawago hilltop overlook also. https://youtu.be/lvtACNNuLUs

More than enough. For some people and hour is ok, and by the 90 minute mark you will have explored the entire village. Ogimachi is really really small.
