Meiji jingu is literally inside of Yoyogi park, so you should do those two in sequence. Harajiku is right outside.

14 Oct is a local holiday. Have you reserved your train ticket yet? It might be okay because you are going out of Tokyo instead of returning, but I have found the train towards Matsumoto to be frequently booked out. Eg I am sitting in this train right now. I wanted one around 7:00 Al, but the first that had seats was 8:05. Originally I wanted to go to Shinano Omachi next weekend, but didn’t find a ticket when I looked a few days ago.

Day trip to Nara and then head to Osaka in afternoon , returing back to Kyoto. Can we include Himeji Castle ?
No, Nara, Himeiji and Osaka in one day is not a good idea. Himeiji and dinner in Osaka or if you must Nara and Osaka dinner is okay. Although Nara warrants at least 1 full day.

20th October

This day seems to be all over Kyoto. Maybe consider rearranging with your other Kyoto days.

Regarding daytrip to Kawaguchiko, I think this is a good idea so you can react flexible to the weather. Eg today it is very cloudy so no Fuji in sight. At which point going to Kawaguchiko doesn’t make a lot of sense.

Not an expert, but I was under the impression that most stalls in Nishiki market close around 5 PM.
