Getting from Kikonai to Matsumae

I am interested in visiting Matsumae during 1st May. I'd like to take the train from Hakodate to Kikonai and then the bus to Matsumae.
I find timetable as of April 1, 2015 (may change again in October):
Departures from Kikonai:
6:20, 7:38, 9:00, 11:10, 12:10*, 14:52, 15:20, 16:50*, 17:55*, 19:15
The one way ride takes about 90 minutes and costs 1370 yen.
The buses marked with a star come from Hakodate. The others start from Kikonai.
Departures from Matsumae:
5:22*, 6:21, 7:20*, 8:44, 9:50*, 10:37, 12:34, 14:22, 15:52, 18:03
The buses marked with a star are bound for Hakodate. The rest are bound for Kikonai.
Does anyone know if these times are still valid?
Does anyone have a link to bus schedule for this trip?
Anyway, Does ikonai station has available locker for luggage about 28"
