1 month and again stay for three month

license issue 1 months before I leave my country now can I get license. After again visiting my country and live there for 3 month
I have come to japan before 3 month of my getting liciense of car. I have came about 1 month of my driving license issue so now I am planning to Goto my home country and live for three month and can I get license in japan by staying 3 months now… please inform to me…

The tricky thing can be that you will have to prove that you were 3 months outside of Japan. The stamps by Japanese immigration may do the job.

You need to proof that you were living for 3 months in the country of your driving license. Ie not that you were outside of Japan for 3 months.
So you need to register with your local authorities in your country and then deregister again and get proof that this was in total 3 months. I don’t think (but please check) that it needs to be 3 consecutive months. So the one month (IF YOU CAN PROVE IT) that you already have does count.
