Early morning flight at Narita Airport

Hey, I have an early morning flight at 8:15 am from Narita airport.

I'm not sure if I should risk it by taking the early train or just stay at a hotel near the airport or just sleepover inside Narita airport.

Also, how many hours before the flight time do you recommend I arrive at the airport?

Under any circumstance, I recommend to stay overnight at a hotel near the airport unless you do not mind spending a night without a bed at an airport.

For an international flight, I recommend to be at the airport at least two hours before departure. At least one hour for a domestic flight.
