Visit Japan Web - what to do

Hi, I am an Italian citizen and I will be travelling to Japan soon. I will stay in Japan for one day and then I’ll go to South Korea for 4 day, returning then to Japan for other 10 days.

I was filling the Visit Japan web form and it’s asking to register planned entry/return.

Should I just add the date I am entering in Japan or also the date I will be back in Japan from South Korea?

Sdo you know if it’s a problem to enter Japan, leave and then go back?

This online form replaces the paper slip we used to fill on the plane. You need one per entry in Japan, which means for your return from South Korea as well.

It's fine if you are from a visa waiver country, otherwise check the conditions of your visa.

Entering twice is two trips. Make two trips in the visit Japan system.

Do you mean i should add multiple "Register Planned Entry/Return" in my existing form or for each entry I need to do a whole new form?
