Sado island car rental

Is it possible to pick up a car rental at Ogi and return the car to Ryotsu port? We will be coming from Kanazawa and would like to take the ferry from Naoetsu but head to Niigata after our Sado island overnight. Does anyone know if there are any car rental companies on Sado island that allow this? Otherwise, we will have to leave and return from Niigata.

I am also planning a trip to Sado Island but from Niigata to Ryotsu and will rent a car there.
However, when I did a search with google maps there was one car rental agency in the Ogi area. Their website is all in Japanese so you will have to translate it to find out further information. Hope that helps a little.
