Fukui to Osaka

I like to double confirm if Fukui to Osska is covered by the Kansai Hokuriku Area pass or the Kansai Wide Pass if I am taking the Thunderbird?

Thank you for your reply. I actually made a mistake. I want to ask is if the Kansai Wide Pass is ok to use from Fukui to Osaka? Thought maybe I will buy the Kansai Wide pass and the Horikuka Pass separately.

Fukui isn't covered in wide pass.

There is a cheaper third party local railway option/s between Fukui and Tsuruga available at own cost.
