Late November? JR Beetle Ferry (Hakata-Busan)

I'd like to visit Busan for the first time during my trip to Japan. A friend of mine told me when he went, the weather prevented them from taking the JR Queen Beetle ferry (though he didn't specify what time of year). As I plan to travel there in the late November, has there been a trend of bad weather or turbulent waters at that time if traveling from Hakata to Busan? Thank you in advance for any insight you might have.

I've taken it; while there are never any guarantees with the weather, that is way after typhoon season, and generally that time of year is OK. Autumn generally has more stable weather and blue skies.

Thank you, Ken, frog. I wasn't aware of the Beetle's schedule until just yesterday :( and how it's out of service for ship inspection / etc around the time I intended to travel. I will adjust my plans accordingly :) Thanks for your responses!
