Two questions about Karuizawa One Day Pass

Hello, I'm planning my trip to Japan and while staying in Tokyo I want to go to Karuizawa. I calculated all the buses to attractions and it looks like it's better to buy one day bus. Here are my questions:
1. Just to be sure this pass covers not only Kusakaru Kotsu and Seibu lines but also Karuizawa Aka Bus, right?
2. Where excatly I can buy one day pass at Karuizawa Station? At the tourist center? If so it's going to be problematic because the first bus starts at 9:00 and also tourist center opens at 9:00...

1. Just to be sure this pass covers not only Kusakaru Kotsu and Seibu lines but also Karuizawa Aka Bus, right? The Aka Bus does not seem to be covered. Here is a map of the covered lines: https://www.shinanorailway.co.jp/tour-info/karufree_bus.pdf2. Where excatly I can buy one day pass at Karuizawa Station? At the tourist center? If so it's going to be problematic because the first bus starts at 9:00 and also tourist center opens at 9:00...I believe you buy it at the ticket counter of Shinano Railway. Their ticket counter on the 3rd floor of Karuizawa Station is open from 6:00 to 18:00. And they also have a counter in the old station building, which is open from 7:25 to 11:25.
