Collecting JR West tickets from Narita?

Hello! I'm planning a trip to Japan at the end of November and would like to reserve shinkansen tickets in advance as we are bringing our luggage with us and don't want to stand for hours. We are landing at Narita Airport Terminal 1 and planning on visiting Kawaguchiko via the Fuji Excursion (from Shinjuku) before taking the bus to Mishima Station and then shinkansen form Mishima Station to Shin-Osaka.

Tickets for the Mishima to Shin-Osaka Shinkansen can be purchased and reserved on the JR West website, but Mishima station is not listed as one of the stations where JR West tickets can be collected. I know this is technically considered part of JR Central's shinkansen routes but I can't reserve these tickets from SmartEX because my visa card is not compatible, so JR West seems to be my only option.

I heard that shinkansen tickets booked using the JR West Online Train Reservation can be collected at Narita Airport but I'm not sure if this is true and if it is, where would I collect it as there only appears to be a JR East service centre?

We are flying out from Narita airport as well, so we are reserving our shinkansen tickets from Shin-Osaka to Tokyo from JR West as well, so would I be able to receive all my reserved shinkansen tickets at the airport? If not where can I receive them?

: Open from 4:50 to 22:30.

JR-Central handles JR tickets booked through JR-West,
only when you use a JR-Central train service.
Your case meets this requirement.

So,
even if there is a long queue at the JR-East counter in NRT,
you can visit the JR-Central counter in Mishima and collect your tickets.
