Hello! Is there a bus service that runs between Memanbetsu airport and Utoro bus terminal in the 3rd week of May? The winter and summer bus schedules published on Shari bus website fall outside my travel dates.

No, I am afraid there are no direct buses. You have to transfer in Abashiri and Shiretoko-Shari. Or more conveniently: rent a car.
